We acknowledge the additional layers of safety precautions necessary to minimize COVID-19 infection rates as we strive to provide the same level of service to those in need whether online or offline.
As you can imagine, non-profit organizations are struggling to receive funding and donations during this difficult time, and every family is experiencing struggles such as maintaining employment or working in safe conditions.
However, trying times such as these give us extra motivation to reach out and identify even more women of color in need of assistance to further their education or acquire career-ready skills to increase flexibility to convert to jobs deemed “essential”, take on a second or third career, or simply find employment following numerous layoffs and furloughs.
We will not delay our mission during this critical period when these women need us the most. However, we promise to adhere to all social distancing guidelines determined by the CDC and enforced by our local and state officials in Georgia as we carefully proceed.
We thank you for your continued generosity in donations and volunteer efforts to make our mission possible.
